Our client was recording an interview with SONY A6500 and then it overheated, when he changed the battery the camera said something like “we will try to save the latest file”, and he clicked OK. Now it has a MP4 video file on the SD card but it can’t be opened with the VLC media player nor Adobe premiere etc.
For this case, the video was not finalized due to the interrupted recording, we asked the client send us the bad file, then we finalized the video by our codec skills. Our service guarantee a perfect repaired video, no audio video sync problems, no choppy or jerky video playback.
