No. We rebuild the damaged structures around your original video data rather than re-encoding it. Resolution, frame rate, bitrate and audio sync remain exactly as recorded. There are no watermarks or trial limitations on delivered files.
Absolutely. Files are transferred over encrypted connections, worked on in a private lab, and permanently deleted 14 days after delivery (or immediately on request). We never view beyond what the repair technically requires, never share content with third parties, and are happy to sign an NDA for commercial or legal cases.

Corrupted video files that still contain their data stream succeed in the large majority of cases. Deleted/formatted card recoveries depend mainly on how much has been written to the card since the loss — if you stopped using it immediately, chances are excellent. After the free diagnosis we'll always give you an honest estimate, and if we consider a case unrecoverable we'll say so rather than take your money.
Not at all — this is one of the most common situations we see. Off-the-shelf tools handle only routine header damage. We work at the structural level, rebuilding indexes, carving fragmented streams and handling proprietary formats (RSV, DAT, MXF variants) that consumer software doesn't support. Just make sure the software you tried didn't overwrite or re-encode the original file.
