Hi, our customer have this trouble: during a shooting camera (Sony PXW-X280) freeze and only way to recover camera was remove battery. Then one file (MXF) was changed in RSV which size is 20GB, How can solve this trouble?
Succeed To Repair:
I get the file from Google Drive, after checking the RSV file, found that the Header and Footer sections were damaged due to the interrupted recording(remove battery), this is the typically issue of the shooting accident, the good news is that all the media streams of the body section are in good situation. To MANUALLY rebuild the Header and Footer sections, the MXF file was recovered in 100% success rate.
