We received a corrupted mp4 video in size 1.3GB, it was a video recorded by SONY camera, but we checked the size code in the file in HEX mode, it shows 35GB. The client confirmed that the clip was rolled for very long duration, but it is only 1.3GB, now idea what happened. He sent the card to a local data recovery to try to fix it, but he will take about 4 weeks, it’s not confirmed that it will work.
We sure have solution for this situation, no need to send us the SD card, but we sure need to recover it from the SD card. You only need to create an Image file of the SD, then send us the Image file, only a few steps, we have instruction for it if you need our help.
For the case, we asked the client to get the SD back, then create an Image file of the SD on Computer, then share it with us on our uploading space. we downloaded it and fully recovered it within one day.
