Some videos were recorded and pictures were taken with GoPro Black 13 camera, and while they were transfered from the SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB SD card to mobile phone, the process took too long, so the cable was disconnected. Since then, it shows“SD Error” message, and the photos and videos can no longer be accessed on the camera. This is the case we resolved 2 days ago.
We gave guidance to our client to create Disk Image and share with us, so that we can recover video and picture from the Image, the data recovery rate is 100%.
