My SONY A7SIII switched off during recording. I then stupidly recorded a few more minutes of footage over the card, and the footage wasn’t saved. I’ve done a recovery software tool where it’s recovered a 13GB file which could well be it, but it’s downloaded as an mp4 that I can’t open. Do you think you’d be able to recover this footage for me? One SONY user sent us message for a help on video data recovery.
At first, we checked the 13GB file the client shared with us, it did can be repaired, but the video is not what is missing, so it was a wrong recovery.
For the case, we need to recover data from the SD in our way, we gave guidance to our client to create Disk Image and share with us, so that we can recover all videos from the Image, the data recovery rate is 100%.
