I have two 32GB SxS Memory Cards that I’m unable to retrieve my video files from. I am prompted to format the card, ‘You need to format the disk in Drive F: before you can use it, Do you want to format it?’, when I put it on my computer. Would you be able to help with this? A photographer wrote to us for help on video data recovery.
For the case, we gave guidance to our client to create Disk Image and share with us, so that we can recover all videos from the Image, the data recovery rate is 100%.
